Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Have you received a letter from the government identifying you as at risk of severe illness if you catch Coronavirus (also known as COVID-19)?

If you need help or support and you do not have family or friends who can help support you please go to www.gov.uk , the Government’s dedicated website.

Visit NHS.uk for the latest guidance on coronavirus COVID-19, including symptom checker, self-care and social distancing.

Refer to NHS 111 Online to check if you have coronavirus symptoms. If you have severe COVID-19 symptoms and need further advice call NHS 111 — not the surgery.

The surgery is open to patients.

Patients should only attend the practice when instructed by one of the Practice Team.

All our appointments requests, are triaged by a qualified clinician firstly via a phone or video call. If we are unable to deal with the query over the phone, a face to face appointment will be offered at the practice.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic Hockley Medical Practice is still taking registrations for new patients. Please register online via the New Patient Registration button on the homepage.

Isolation Notes are available online from NHS 111, if you are self-isolating and need a note for your employer.
