The Practice has been specially designed to make it easier for disabled patients to visit. The practice is wheelchair accessible and patients have access to a disabled toilet. We also have disabled parking spaces available.

We have a loop induction system at the reception desk to assist the hearing impaired. For more information on the loop hearing system visit Hearing Link website.

If you or family members are blind or partially sighted we can give you a CD or large print of our Practice leaflet upon request. Please ask our staff for further information.

Guide dogs are welcome at the Practice but we ask that you be aware of other patients and staff who may have an allergy or fear of dogs. Please visit the guide dog website for further information.
111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.

If you have a minor ailment you could visit your local pharmacy who will be able to provide you with some help or signpost you onto the next available service.
The Practice is a member of i3 Ladywood Primary Care Network (PCN), which covers a population of around 73,000 patients and 9 GP Practices.

Being part of the PCN means that the following services are provided, outside of our normal hours.

Monday to Friday: 6.30pm to 8pm – One of the PCN’s Hubs operates from Newtown Medical Centre for the benefit of all patients in the PCN.
Saturdays: 9am –12pm – An Extended Access Service is provided from the Church Road Surgery, 28 Church Road, Aston, Birmingham, B6 5UP (pre-booked appoints only).

When the Practice and the Enhanced Access Service is closed, please call 111 for assistance.
